— Do you only shoot in black and white?

— Upon request, I can deliver a selection in colour. My style in general is black and white, and the main reason for that is with colour pictures, there are more things to distract the eye from the subject. Additionally, I prioritise speed. I work fast and like to deliver the pictures as soon as possible. With any colour photos I deliver, I do a more intense and time-consuming colour grade and correction, which affects the speed of delivery. I am happy to deliver coloured images, and before we start working together, I will ask you about your expectations from my work and what end result do you want to receive!

— Where are you based?

— I am currently based in Milan, and available worldwide.

— Are you a business?

— Yes, I am an official business, and the owner of STUDIO 40 POST PRODUCTION, based in Canada.

— What gear do you use?

— It all depends on the project. On most of my projects I either use a Canon EOS R6/R5/R3 paired with a 24-70mm lens for most shoots, or when you need a more vintage, unpolished look, I use a Nikon D5100. When I'm shooting an event and I can't disturb the guests (such as a dinner event) I use a 85mm lens. My favourite gear is my flash. I use the flash almost all the time, and it is my "signature" look. The flash I use now is the Godox AD100 Pro. On occasions I use Profoto flashes, Aputure and Arri lights.

— Do you also do videos?

— Yes! STUDIO 40, produces commercials, fashion films and are now expanding into event films. Apart from photography, I am a Film Director and Director of Photography, with over a decade of experience in the film industry and over 20 short films under my belt.
